Your personalised training program is truly personalised. We understand that everyone is different and that your fitness and health goals and your capacity to achieve them, are different from anyone else’s.
The programs comprise of multiple sessions, which you can take at your own pace although we strongly recommend two to three sessions a week.
In each one hour session, we address all of the muscles of movement, with the flow-on benefits of aerobic fitness and muscle strength – and your goals achieved.
After our initial consultation with you to introduce ourselves and show you around our three-level private workout studio a FREE follow-up fitness assessment will take place. One of our friendly and professional personal trainers will take you through a basic fitness test to establish your current level of fitness. The results of this assessment will give us an understanding of how we can work with you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
