Personal Training allows you to find the right fitness routine for you, ensuring you meet your goals quickly and effectively, we offer 1-hour one-on-one, pairs or small group training in our Inglewood studio in Perth WA.

Whether it is weight loss or muscle strength that you are looking for, whether you are young or not-so-young, Executive Fitness Consultants has a program for you that is practical, efficient, and a great way to train if you don’t have much time to spare.

Your personalised training program is truly personalised. We understand that everyone is different and that your fitness and health goals and your capacity to achieve them, are different from anyone else’s.

The programs comprise of multiple sessions, which you can take at your own pace although we strongly recommend two to three sessions a week.

In each one hour session, we address all of the muscles of movement, with the flow-on benefits of aerobic fitness and muscle strength – and your goals achieved.

After our initial consultation with you to introduce ourselves and show you around our three-level private workout studio a FREE follow-up fitness assessment will take place. One of our friendly and professional personal trainers will take you through a basic fitness test to establish your current level of fitness. The results of this assessment will give us an understanding of how we can work with you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

EFC conducts mobile training around the Perth CBD and surrounding suburbs or train directly in our private studio located in Inglewood.
EFC offer a three-level private workout studio with 4 separate workout zones. This means we can offer virtual privacy for your workout with only scheduled sessions at the studio. Because we are booked by appointment only you avoid ‘big gym’ crowds, waiting for equipment or being intimidated in the free weights area.
Prices vary subject to amount of training required per week and training package purchased. However you can train in pairs at no extra cost, then split the cost with a partner or buddy. Please call or email for pricing and program details.
The staff and trainers at Executive Fitness Consultants are fully qualified and experienced in all facets of health and fitness. Training techniques are varied and personalised and take in to account lifestyle changes and differences.
